Luckily, she has a surefire way to “reset” yourself, and it’s as simple as sitting down–albeit in an unorthodox way. In a new video shared on Instagram, Bialik shares her secret to resetting and taking a break from stress. Bialik introduced the video by saying, “If you’re feeling stressed out, and you need kind of a reset, here’s what I suggest. Ready? Imma get down on the floor, here we go.”
She then described the physical activity as she demonstrated it, explaining, “You sit next to any wall like this, and you lay down, and you turn around and put your feet up. This causes blood flow to go to these parts,” gesturing to her upper body and head. In the video, the actress discussed why the pose is helpful, saying, “This is an inverted pose. It’s really nice…it just moves around the blood so that it’s not all in your feet and it can get back to your brain where you should think about that you need to breathe and reset. Inverted pose.” It’s a small, yet useful tip that Bialik uses to relax, and hopefully, it can be beneficial to others as well. When sharing the video on Instagram, Bialik captioned the post, “Who else needs a reset every now and then? This is my easy go-to inverted pose 🙃 I do when I start to feel stressed and need to breathe. ❤️.” It looks like many people already use the inverted pose and find it helpful, with one person commenting, “Actually I blacked out the other day and doing this really worked.” Another person said, “It is good for digestion too! This is my go to meditations pose! ❤️😊.” A lot of the other comments were just as supportive and encouraging. A couple of celebrities also commented on Bialik’s post, including Jessica Alba, who left a couple of emojis, “🙌❤️,” and Alyson Stoner, who wrote, “We love to see these somatic / physiological resets 😍.” More News:
